English Premier League side Chelsea FC are willing to offer three players to Borrusia Dortmund in exchange for striker Erling Haaland.
It had been reported that the London side tabled a bid for the Norwegian but it was rejected by Dortmund as they feel they don't need to sell the player this summer after allowing Jadon Sancho to join Manchester United.
Football Insider reports Dortmund does not want Chelsea to add Timo Werner into a deal to try and sign Haaland and the club has now offered them Tammy Abraham and Callum Hudson-Odoi in the deal.
The Champions League holders are trying to bag the star striker this summer but Dortmund is reluctant to let him go; the player is already in pre-season training with the team ahead of the new season.
Borussia Dortmund have not received any official bid yet for Haaland. BVB know about Chelsea interest, their position is clear: if a “crazy” bid won’t arrive, he’ll stay. 🟡🇳🇴 #BVB— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) July 15, 2021
If Haaland stays, the race will be open to many clubs next summer - €75m release clause. #CFC
