Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira scored a wonder goal in their 2-2 draw against Brentford in a preseason friendly hosted at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
It was United's third game in the preseason having already faced Derby and Queens Park Rangers.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side took the lead after just 12 minutes through Anthony Elanga. The lead didn’t last long, however with Brentford equalizing shortly through Shandon Baptiste for a 1-1 scoreline at the break.
Pereira, who returned from a Serie A loan with Lazio, gave United the lead in the second half with an unbelievable 25-yard volley, cannoning in off the crossbar but it wasn't enough to hand the Ole Gunnar
Solskjaer men a win as Bryan Mbeumo ensured both teams shared the spoils with a well-taken goal eleven minutes from time.
While the draw was a satisfactory outing for the hosts, it was Pereira's goal that was the talk of the match.
