Zambia national team defender Kabaso Chongo was happy with the 4-1 bashing of Namibia at Heroes Stadium on Saturday and said it was a great performance put up by the Copper Bullets.
The TP Mazembe defender was quick to praise his team mates for the team unit and playing well.
" Its a great feeling to win at home. I have to applaud my team mates. We did well and worked together as a unit," he said.
" It was a great performance because even I did not expect this . I thank God it has happened. To the fans they need to keep supporting us," he added.
Kabaso Chongo was handed the armband in the absence of Kennedy Mweene and captained Zambia on Saturday for the very first time.
