Harambee Stars head coach Sebastien Migne has added Bandari FC midfielder Abdalla Hassan to his squad that is preparing to face Tanzania in the 2020 CHAN Qualifiers.
Hassan has been out of the country for trials with South Africa Premier Soccer League side Maritzburg United and rumor had it that his inclusion in the Team of Choice preseason tour had forced Migne to omit his name out of the initial squad.
The player who has been another constant figure in the national team since Migne took over was omitted from the African Cup of Nations squad but will now join the other 24 players who are expected in camp on July 19, 2019, in Nairobi.
The first leg in the game against Tanzania has been scheduled for July 28, 2019, with the second leg set to be played at the MISC Kasarani on August 4, 2019.
The aggregate winner of the two-legged qualifier will face off with Sudan in the second and final qualifying round.
