Kano Pillars head coach Ibrahim Musah says he sees a win against Asante Kotoko in the upcoming CAF Champions League preliminary games.

The two sides have been drawn against each other to battle for a place in the 2019/20 CAF CL group stages. Coach Musah believes the job can be accomplished against one Asante Kotoko.

“We have a brighter chance of eliminating Asante Kotoko. We are going to do our best,” he told Oyerepa FM.

“I have heard about the team but don't know much about Kotoko. We are not scared about Kotoko, what you bring presently is more important than success achieved years ago”.

Munsah drew confidence from his sides’ success in the Nigeria Professional Football League, but still showed the due respect for the Porcupine Warriors.

“We just concluded our league in Nigeria, we are preparing very well because we are going to meet a great team in Ghana”, he added.

The first leg is set for August 10 in Kano before the return leg on the weekend of August 23-24 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
