Tottenham Hotspur are ready to sell midfielder Victor Wanyama for a reported fee of £17 million.
The Kenyan captain is surplus to requirements at the London club and is keen on leaving in search of playing time.
Belgian side Club Brugge are said to be interested in taking the former Southampton midfield engine but will have to meet Spurs' asking price.
Wanyama has started just 47 Premier League games for them since joining from the Saints for £11.5m in 2016, with his progress heavily affected by recurrent injuries.
He has fallen down the pecking order at the Champions League finalists, who have further strengthened after the arrivals of Tonguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso.
The club also boasts of more midfield options in Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko and Eric Dier, who are all thought to be ahead of Wanyama in the pecking order.
Brugge, who have reportedly opened talks with Spurs, are willing to offer half the asking price and are keen to seal the deal before the European transfer shuts on September second.
The Belgians will also wait to see if they make it to the Champions League group stages, where they took a huge step on Tuesday night, beating LASK Linz 1-0 in the first leg of the qualifiers.
