Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount's goal-scoring heroics at the Carrow Road against Norwich City on Saturday saw them break a 27-year record at the club.
The two youngsters scored the goals that gave Chelsea the much-needed 3-2 win against the Canaries, becoming the first English players aged 21 or under to score in the same Premier League match for the Blues since 1992.
Abraham gave the Blues the lead inside three minutes during the early kick-off, connecting sweetly with Cezar Azipilcueta's low cross past Tim Krul.
Mount then restored Chelsea's lead on the 17th minute after the hosts had equalized, thumping a shot into the top corner in spectacular fashion.
Abraham then scored the winner for Chelsea after Teemu Pukki had once again restored parity, to give Lampard and Chelsea the win.
The two youngsters became the first players achieve the fete, since 22nd August 1992, when Eddie Newton and Graham Stuart scored against Sheffield Wednesday.
