SS Lazio and Schalke 04 have reportedly emerged as the suitors interested in signing Ghana international Andre Ayew in the rapid race before the close of the European summer transfer window according to Ghanasoccernet.
The 29-year-old has been at the centre of transfer attention being heavily linked with moves to Sampdoria and Werder Bremen to name a few.
Ghanasoccernet revealed that Lazio have been closely monitoring Ayew at Swansea City as they look to bolster the attacking department in the squad.
Furthermore, Bundesliga side Schalke are said to be preparing a bid for the striker and are optimistic about signing him.
Ayew has been prolific in recent weeks for Swansea, scoring twice in his first appearance of the season against Northampton in the Carabao Cup and helping the club to an unbeaten start to the campaign in the Championship.
