πŸ‡¬πŸ‡ J.Y. Appiah sues Grunsah with $500,000 defamation lawsuit

Popular Ghanaian administrator J.Y Appiah has slapped Alhaji Karim Grunsah with a $500,000 libel lawsuit.

Appiah claims that the King Faisal Football Club boss accused Appiah of corruption during a recent radio appearance.

Grusah heard the charge during the Extraordinary Congress of the Ghana FA meeting on Thursday which also essentially held to discuss the restart of the GPL.

In the interview, Grusah claimed and labeled Appiah as a ‘foolish man’ who is only out to fend for himself. “J.Y Appiah is a foolish man, ask him why he was sacked from Cocoa-board,” Alhaji said.

“Appiah told the congress that Grunsah's 'false claims have damaged his reputation to his family and business associates' and he is seeking 2.5 million cedis in compensation, public apology, and retraction,” wrote Ghana Soccer Net.
