The FUFA Appeals Committee has reportedly upheld the decision by the FA’s Competitions Disciplinary Panel in deducting Proline points and further fining the clubs for failing to play their match against SC Villa.
According to Kawowo, Proline refused to honour their match against SC Villa after their players Mustafa Mujjuzi and Bright Anukani were handed call-ups to the Uganda national for the upcoming friendly against Kenya.
