Ghanaian striker Raphael Dwamena has suffered a blow to his career as Real Zarazoga discovered that he has an unknown heart condition during a routine medical check-up according to Ghanasoccernet.
Dwamena has now been ruled out indefinitely until the medical staff can get to the bottom of the problem and get him back to good health.
"The striker will undergo new tests to determine the extent of his illness. Real Zaragoza is confident of Raphael Dwamena's fast and complete recovery," the club said.
Dwamena who joined Zarazoga from La Liga side Levante has managed to play nine matches for the second division which has reportedly shocked doctors on how he has managed with his newly-discovered condition.
The club has cited that they will keep on updating on the 24-year-old health status and hope he will be able to get back on the pitch to do what he loves the most.
