Former Liverpool Captain Steven Gerrard starred in Saturday's friendly match between Liverpool Legends and their Rangers counterparts, with the former winning 3-2.
In an entertaining clash played at the Ibrox in front of 30,488 fans, the legends rolled back the years in spectacular fashion, with Stevie G, in particular brilliant.
He captained the Liverpool legends under coach Ian Rush in the first half, before turning out for Rangers in the second half to the delight of the home fans.
Liverpool, who were the better side through the match, featured the likes of Jamie Carragher, Dirk Kuyt, Glen Johnson, and Emile Heskey.
The home team got the chance to take the lead from the spot when Jamie Carragher brought down Kris Boyd, but the striker dragged the resulting penalty wide of Jerzy Dudek's right post.
Goal galore in the first half
The deadlock was however broken when Garcia expertly met Dirk Kuyt's inviting cross into the box, beating Neil Alexander from close range with a superb header.
Patrik Berger then doubled Liverpool's lead after a counter-attack from Kuyt and Gerrard saw Garcia pick up the ball in the box and square for the eventual goalscorer.
Rangers pulled one back in the 25th minute when Boyd made amends for his earlier miss, converting Lee McCulloch's neat through ball.
Liverpool's two-goal advantage was restored as Heskey delicately dinked over Alexander, thanks to Gerrard's assist.
His goal was however quickly wiped out when Peter Lovenkrands pounced on loose control from Johnson to score a second.
Liverpool kept knocking on Rangers' door from time to time, but, Alexander kept them out with save after save.
From Red to Blue
Gerrard was then withdrawn on the 75th minute and headed straight to the tunnel, only to emerge in Rangers' colors to the delight of the fans.
He completed the remaining nine minutes for Alex McLeish's team and were unlucky not to grab an equalizer as Alex Rae grazed the top of the crossbar for Rangers in the dying minutes.
