Muyoti confident of Leopards success

AFC Leopards assistant coach Nicholas Muyoti is confident his side will get back to winning ways in the Kenyan Premier League.

Ingwe were somewhat derailed by Gor Mahia in their last match, an incident filled encounter that ended in a barren draw.

Despite the dropped points, the club retained it's KPL leadership, albeit on goal difference over Sofapaka.

They will continue at the league's helm if they can wipe away Western Stima in Mumias on Saturday 24 March 2012 and Muyoti is brimming with confidence ahead of the clash.

Going for three points

Speaking to the club's official website, Muyoti says that they have left for Mumias early in order to prepare thoroughly and ensure that Stima are downed.

-We are going for nothing less than an emphatic win and three points, he said.

A squad of 20 players and officials have departed for Mumias, where the club will camp awaiting the Stima clash.

Leopards will be buoyed by their newly signed insurance cover with AAR and will know that a win and three points will firm up their position as genuine title contenders this season.
