Three Chipolopolo and Warriors internationals are probably in their hotel rooms right now realizing they have a team and a nation to represent come 19:30 tonight.

Johannesburg side Highlands Park have a home game against a struggling Pirates. Park come into tonight’s game after a breezy 2-0 win over Chippa United last weekend - while the Buccaneers are returning from a 1-0 loss to Stellenbosch in Cape Town.

This evening’s results could be decided by Zimbabwe or Zambia strikers.

  • Ndoro

Coach Owen da Gama picking Tendai Ndoro looks a sure case. The seasoned striker was last Saturday’s man of the night. Ndoro grabbed an assist before scoring a 67th goal for Highland’s 2-0 victory. We also can’t forget the 34-year-old once called Pirates his club.

  • Mulenga - Shonga

Could we seee Augustine Mulenga start together with Justine Shonga for the first time this season? Coach Rhulani Mokwena has made it clear that Tshegofatso Mabasa is his favoured number nine. Last weekend saw Mulenga again starting wide with Vincent Pule on the opposite wing. With Pirates struggling with scoring consistently, perhaps Mokwena will look to a proven goalscorer in Shonga. Our predicted frontline: Mulenga, Shonga & Mabasa.

Meanwhile, Austin Muwowo, with only just one league appearance in nine games, is not expected to make it two this evening.
