Frank Lampard has identified a four-man transfer wishlist with Chelsea offering him a war chest of £150million should their transfer ban be lifted.
Chelsea were slapped with a two-window ban after breaching rules relating to the signing of underage players but will have their appeal heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on November 20.
Should their ban be lifted, The Blues will be able to sign players in the January transfer window after failing to sign a player in the summer.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea’s hierarchy have allocated a £150m budget to make up for lost time over the summer, with new attackers top of the agenda.
Lampard has been rumored to be eyeing Borussia Dortmund and England star Sancho, as well as Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha, Lyon frontman Moussa Dembele and former Chelsea defender Nathan Ake.
It is rumored that the club could also offload, Olivier Giroud, Pedro with Willian and Mitchy Batshuayi also tipped for an exit should they fail to sign new contracts.
