Friday 8 November
- Maritzburg Utd 2-2 Bloemfontein Celtic.
The Team of Choice faced a home loss dead in the eyes - but only until a dramatic come-back in the final three minutes of the night. Celtic took a 2-0 lead via Sera Motebang (52) and Siphelele Luthuli (82). But Dylan Classen made it 2-1 on 97 minutes before Judas Moseamedi found the dramatic equalizer on 90 minutes.
- Bidvest Wits 0-1 SuperSport United
Matsatsantsa’s 21-year-old midfielder Sipho Mbule scored a late header from an Aubrey Modiba cross and earned all three points for United.
Saturday 10 November
- Amazulu 0-2 Chippa United
It was William Twala's night in Umlazi. The former Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs forward grabbed a second half brace (61 & 86).
- Kaizer Chiefs 3-2 Orlando Pirates
The most thrilling game of the weekend and probably the season. Ntsikelelo Nyauza scored an own goal inside the first minute before Leonardo Castro made in 2-0 with a header (28). Pirates pulled one back through a magnificent Vincent Pule freekick (39) and an equalizing scorcher from Gabadinho Mhango (60). But Daniel Cardoso had the last say with the winning penalty (84).
- Polokwane 0-1 Baroka
The Limpopo derby was only decided by a Prince Nxumalo goal in the 7th minute.
- Stellenbosch 0-0 Highlands
Sunday 11 November
- Black Leopards 2-1 Cape Town City
Veteran Malawian midfielder Robert Ng’ambi shot Leopards ahead on 19 minutes, before Surprise Ralani scored City’s equalizer with 50 on the clock. The home side’s winner came through Lesedi Kapinga (84).
- Golden Arrows 3-2 Mamelodi Sundowns
Thapelo Morena shot Kabo Yellow ahead on 41 minutes, Arrows’ Danny Phiri equalized (61) - before Knox Mutizwa found his brace (72, 81) and Andile Jali scored too late on 90 minutes for a consolation.
