Manchester United will travel to Bramall Lane on Sunday afternoon to take on Sheffield United in Sunday's only Premier League match.
Ole Gunnar's men know a win will see them move up to fifth in the league standings but will have to be clinical against a well-drilled side who are a point above them.
United will be forced to have the job done with a number of injuries to their team, with the manager confirming the unavailability of Scott McTominay and Marcos Rojo during his Friday press conference.
The two bring a total of six players who will miss the tie, including long-term absentees in Paul Pogba and Eric Bailly.
“We've lost Rojo, he's injured, Paul [Pogba], still injured. But we've got Axel [Tuanzebe], Luke [Shaw], Nemanja [Matic] back in training; maybe not match-fit, they've been out for a long time.
"Rojo got a muscle injury in training or he's been struggling with it, so he's been trying to get back. He's not ready yet. He had to pull out of the internationals. So maybe [he will be out for] a couple of weeks.
“[Pogba] had another test and scan at the start of the international break and he's not healed yet. He's out of the cast now. He's gradually now just stepping up, walking on treadmill back. It'll still be a few weeks. We hope to see him in 2019."
In the absence of both Pogba and McTominay, Solskjaer has only Fred and Pereira in the middle of the park and might be forced to bring Matic into the side despite not being fully fit.
He, however, has Garner as an option in the event Matic is not fit enough to start the match.
At the back, there might be no changes with the entire backline available, the same as the attacking unit.
Manchester United predicted starting XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Young; Matic, Fred; James, Pereira, Rashford; Martial.
