Manchester City to battle seven teams for Hearts youngster Aaron Hickey

English Premier League champions Manchester City are reportedly in contention to sign Scottish Premiership club Hearts of Midlothian youngster Aaron Hickey, The Boot Room revealed.

According to the Daily Mail reports, Man City have approached Hearts to discuss a potential deal for Hickey, while representatives from Hearts travelled to Manchester to further discuss their player as well as City's loanee Ryo Meschino.

The report further revealed that if Hickey who is 17-years-old is signed by City, he will likely be returned to Hearts for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

Arsenal, Aston Villa, Leeds United, Rangers, Southampton, Norwich City and Crystal Palace are the clubs that are believed to be interested in the youngster's services. 

The teenage sensation has been having quite the season in the Scottish Premiership having already played 23 matches for the first team.
