Green Eagles moved to fourth place following a two-nil win over struggling Kansanshi Dynamos while Power dynamos recorded their first win over Sensational Zanaco since August 2016.

Eagles came into the match looking to break into the top four. The Kawale Boys drew first blood after 38 minutes, Tapson Kaseba finding the back of the net to put the hosts in the lead.

Kaseba scored another one in the second half to complete a 2-0 win. Bob Chansa was shown a Red card with 24 minutes as Kansanshi went on to finish the match with ten men.

The win takes Eagles to fourth place with 23 points while remains stuck in 12th place.

At the National Heroes Stadium, Power dynamos continued their good as they thrashed Sensational Zanaco 3-0.

Larry Bwalya was the star of the afternoon scoring a brace and setting up Fred Mulambia for the third goal. The win takes Power dynamos to eighth place leapfrogging Kabwe Warriors.
