Harambee Stars sailed to the semi-finals of the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup unscathed following their 1-0 win over last edition's finalists, Zanzibar.
Stars approached the dead rubber match with various changes in the line up as Andrew Juma, Daniel Sakari, and Roy Okal were called up to the starting lineup.
There was little action in the first half with Oscar Wamalwa's header in the fifth-minute form Anthony Wambani's cross the best chance of the half.
Kenya resumed the second half firing from all cylinders and went ahead in the 49th minute when Oscar Wamalwa was on hand to register his second goal of the CECAFA Senior Championship.
Wamalwa has had a hand in three goals so far in the tournament, providing an assist in the 1-0 win over Tanzania and scoring against Sudan.
Kenya saw the off game to win 1-0 and finish the group with nine points after winning all their games against Tanzania, Sudan and now Zanzibar.
Harambee Stars will either face Uganda or Eritrea in the semi-finals of the tournament as the winner of Group A is yet to be decided.
