West Brom fans urge club to sell want-away Ferguson

West Brom fans have urged the club to cash in on the wantaway Nathan Ferguson and avoid another Saido Berahino fiasco.

According to The Sun, Ferguson has been linked with a £4m move to Crystal Palace. The club informed it's fans of the interest in the 19-year-old defender on Twitter. The player's contract runs out in summer and he might walk out on a free.

Ferguson has played 20 matches in the Championship for the Baggies, scoring and assisting both once from the defensive positions

The fans reacted by telling the club to sell the player if he doesn't want to renew the contract.

"Take the money and reinvest it. If he won't sign take money as it will be a lot better than any compensation," one fan tweeted.

The fans reaction is understandable as many wouldn't wish to see another Saido Berahino fiasco unfold. In 2015, Berahino famously criticised former Albion chairman Jeremy Peace on Twitter after his move to Spurs broke down, claiming that he would refuse to play under him.

He accused Peace on blocking his dream move to Spurs.
