Everton midfielder Andre Gomes can be described a happy man after reuniting with his teammates at training on Tuesday, about three months since he suffered a horrible ankle injury.
Gomes suffered a fracture-dislocation to his right ankle following a collision with Spurs' Serge Aurier in a game between Everton and Tottenham on November 3.
The incident saw Tottenham's Son Heung-Min getting a red card for his role in the lead-up to the damaging tackle, and left the field distraught in tears.
According to Mirror, Gomes took part in training at Everton's Finch Farm HQ on Tuesday as he returns to fitness.
The 26-year-old took part in some light dynamic movement, passing exercises, as well as a small-sided game.
