🗓️ Potential return dates for Europe's major leagues

Football fans will have to wait a little longer for action to resume in the major leagues across the world, with the Coronavirus pandemic yet to be fully contained.

Initially, many of the leagues were hoping to resume by April, but with the situation still out of control, the league officials have resulted to further postpone the return dates.

The Eredivisie has become the latest league to be canceled after the government extended its ban on all professional sporting activities until September.

For that reason, the Dutch FA said they will not be continuing with the current season and will reach out to UEFA for consultations.

They join the Belgian league which was canceled two weeks ago, with Club Brugge set to be handed the title.

So, for how long will fans have to wait before action resumes?
