English Premier League side Arsenal is reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint Germain full-back Layvin Kurzawa on a free transfer according to several reports.
Barcelona were also interested in Kurzawa at some point but it is believed that they cooled their interest in him which should give Arsenal the chance to make a move on him.
However, it seems that the French international prefers to go to Barcelona and that his agent continues to be in ongoing talks according to a report by publication Sport.
Barcelona, on the other hand, want to sell Junior Firpo before they make a bid for Kurzawa to free up space at left-back so that Kurzawa can come in as the competition for Jordi Alba.
However, reports suggest that the LaLiga giants could be hesitant about making the move for the 27-year-old who was on the verge of joining Arsenal in the January transfer window but the deal didn't materialize and he had to remain in Spain.
Kurzawa's current contract is set to expire in June 2020 and it is believed that he will be keen on making a move away from the club.
Kurzawa has made 23 appearances for PSG this year but he struggled to make the starting lineup often due to Juan Bernat being the preferred left-back under manager Thomas Tuchel.
He has also been linked with moves to Liverpool and Napoli.
