Ajax Amsterdam have reportedly caused havoc in the Eredivisie by raiding Feyenoord's academy in a bid to sign Ghanaian Avery Appiah.
The 14-year-old Appiah who was born in Holland to Ghanaian parents is growing to be a household name in Dutch youth football.
Appiah has now made the move to Ajax joining Feyenoord back in 2015 and eventually playing for the U15 team.
“After five great years at Feyenoord, I decided to leave the club. In this way I can develop myself further as a footballer," Appiah said.
"I want to thank the club, the players and all the trainers for the past years.”
However, Appiah is not the first youngster to leave Feyenoord academy for Ajax; most recent being Steven van der Sloot.
The teenager is still eligible to play for Ghana as he hasn't feature for the Holland national teams.
