Jose Mourinho aimed a dig at Manchester United after his team conceded a late penalty in their Sunday game against Newcastle United.
Spurs had the lead for the better part of the game courtesy of a Lucas Moura early strike but Newcastle ensured a share of spoils with Callum Wilson converting a late penalty after a VAR review.
And speaking after the game, Mourinho pointed out that United was awarded a penalty by VAR after the final whistle went in their last-gasp victory over Brighton.
"The only thing that I know is that I'm more experienced than him and I left down the tunnel when the referee blew the whistle for the last time.
"I know that in some matches at some clubs, even after the last whistle, it's possible for something important to happen, but for us, I knew that after the last whistle it was over for us and I left for the dressing room.
"So Nuno a little bit more naive than me and he stay there," Mourinho said.
Mourinho will be up against United in his next Premier League game and might be without the services of winger Son who was withdrawn at half time with the Portuguese confirming that he expected the player out for some time.
