Shakhtar Donestk winger Tetê has admitted that he is open to playing for English Premier League giants Liverpool FC.
While admitting that his goal is to play for Barcelona, the player said he was open to moving to Liverpool or Manchester United as it was normal to dream as a young player.
“I always want to make bigger leaps. It’s normal to dream from a young age to play for big teams and with me, it’s no different.
“I always dream of playing for Liverpool, Manchester United, Barcelona, as I mentioned. But the special affection I have is for Barcelona. It’s a team that I’ve always followed since I was little since I was a child. I used to get Barcelona shirts, Messi shirts. So that passion grew every day and the affection I really have is for Barcelona,” Tetê told DAZN, as quoted by Sport Witness.
The 20-year-old is one of the hottest property in Brazilian football right now after scoring 14 goals and registering 12 assists in his 57 senior appearances for Shakhtar.
He currently has a market value of €17 million with his current contract with the club expiring at the end of 2023.
