La Liga side Villarreal has completed the signing of Etienne Capoue from Watford on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
This comes after Watford and Villarreal reached an agreement for the transfer of Capoue, who will join the LaLiga club for the next two-and-half seasons. The 32-year-old played 181 games for the Hornets having signed from Tottenham for a club-record fee in 2015.
Capoue scored 14 goals during his stay at Vicarage Road and was named Player of the Year during the 2018/19 season.
