Ivory Coast striker Sebastien Haller might make a shock move to Dutch giants Ajax after finding the going tough and Premier League side West Ham United.
Haller has struggled for form this season where he has three goals in 16 matches and the latest reports from French publication L’Équipe states that the striker is considering his options with a return to the Netherlands a high possibility.
The 26-year-old is not new to the Eredivisie having featured for Utrecht between 2015 to 2017 first on a loan deal before leaving for the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt; a club he left in 2019 to join West; The London side having parted with for a fee around €45m for his services.
It is believed that West Ham value the former France youth international for €25m with the team keen to add another striker in the January window to boost their attack in the second half of the season.
