Juventus have made it to the final of the Copa Italia despite being held to a goalless draw by Inter Milan on Tuesday night.
The qualification comes courtesy of a Cristiano Ronaldo brace in Juve's 2-1 win over the Antonio Conte side in the first leg played at Sn Siro.
A draw was enough for Juventus to make it to the final but with former boy Antonio Conte on the touchline with the opposition, it was never going to be easy. Inter first threat came via Barella who rolled across, Cristian Eriksen had made the run forward, but comically fell over when trying to turn around.
The visitors continued to press and thought they had earned a penalty when Lautaro had a kick with Bernardeschi. With everyone screaming for a penalty, a replay showed that Lautaro actually fell as he went to snap the ball.
Juventus grew in the game but it was Inter who were unlucky when an Eriksen freekick hit Romelu Lukaku on the stomach; despite a late surge by Ronaldo and Inter threatening from the counter-attacks, both teams could not see the better of the other at half time.
It was mostly Inter who did the attacking n the second half with Pirlo forced to make late defensive changes to protect their lead; Chiellini coming on for Cuadrado late on. Lukaku and Sensi were to have glorious chances despite the changes Juve was able to hold on to make it to the final where they will face either Napoli or Atalanta who plays on Wednesday.
