Chelsea, one of the most in-form teams in the league, will be hoping to continue with their unbeaten run when they host West Brom on Saturday in an early kick-off.

  • The Baggies last beat Chelsea in May 2015 at the Hawthorns. Tony Pulis was their manager when the Blues had already won the league
