Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero might be tempted to cross over to Chelsea once his contract with Man City elapses in the summer.
City confirmed last month that the Argentine will be leaving the club in the summer as a free agent but with the player constantly being linked with a move away from England, the Evening Standard reports that Chelsea might be tempted to lure the striker to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have been one of the teams linked with the pursuit for Dortmund star Erling Haaland but after spending a chunk of money in the last summer, the team is willing to swoop for Aguero who will be available for free.
The report claims that in a bid to move up the all-time Premier League goal-scoring charts, Aguero could stay in England with Man United being the other team he has been linked with.
Barcelona and PSG are the other teams who are said to be interested in the Argentine services even though his injury issues that have derailed his outing this season are said to be a concern for the former.
Sergio Aguero is aware of Chelsea's interest, and while he is tempted by potential moves to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and PSG, sources close to him insist his determination to move up the all-time #PL goal-scoring charts could see him stay in England.— City Xtra (@City_Xtra) April 6, 2021
