Manchester United could attempt to re-sign West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Sam Johnstone during the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The 28-year-old has been in excellent form for the Baggies this season and is expected to depart the Hawthorns in the coming transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur, who are rumored to be looking for a replacement for Hugo Lloris, have been linked with the stopper, who was recently called up to the senior England squad.
Man United, however, are considering taking Johnstone back to Old Trafford for the 2021-22 season, according to The Sun.
Between 2009 and 2018, Johnstone played for Manchester United but never made a senior appearance for the 20-time English champions, eventually joining West Brom on a permanent basis.
