Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is close to extending his contract at the club.
Midway through the season, the German arrived at Stamford Bridge to replace the sacked Frank Lampard.
He has led them to the finals of the Champions League and the FA Cup, and they are expected to finish in the top four of the Premier League.
According to the Daily Mail, Tuchel's initial 18-month contract includes provisions that allow him to stay longer if the team performs well.
However, the club is so impressed with Tuchel that they want to sign him to a two-year contract with the option of a third.
He'd also get a pay raise from his current £7 million salary.
