Quick Tips: What bets are we placing?

There is a lot of action in the world of football today, with action in the Serie A, LaLiga, and the English Premier League, and here are our simple bets!

West Brom vs Liverpool

The Reds will be in a buoyant mood after their 4-2 success at Old Trafford which keeps their top-four dream very much alive. Relegated West Brom have little to play for but pride. The Baggies are winless in four games (D2, L2), with both defeats seeing them lose the first half by 2+ unanswered goals, while Liverpool is unbeaten in seven and should claim a priceless three points here.

Mainz 05 vs Borussia Dortmund

This is a clash of two teams in red-hot form. Mainz is unbeaten in their last ten Bundesliga outings (four of their last seven have been drawn and both sides have scored in seven of their last eight) while Dortmund has won five on the bounce. They should claim another key win in their quest to finish in the top four.

Athletic Bilbao vs Real Madrid

Real Madrid's Basque hosts have won just two of their last 13 Laliga matches as a top-half finish now looks to be slipping away from them. Zinedine Zidane's Los Blancos charges haven't lost to Bilbao in the Spanish top-flight since March 2015, and they're desperate to claim three points here and cling on to any lingering hopes they have of defending their Spanish crown. There’s been a goal in or after the 85th minute in four of Athletic’s last five league matches and if that trend repeats itself, Real Madrid will hope to be the ones scoring it.

Barcelona vs Celta Vigo

Barcelona’s latest slip-up against Levante has seen them earn just five LaLiga points from the last 12 available, in what is their poorest four-game LaLiga period since the start of November. The team to score first has not won any of their last five LaLiga matches, a stat that just highlights their erratic nature. A four-game winning streak has Celta making a late push for the European spots, in what remains their best season since finishing sixth in 2015-16.

>> Bet on over 2.5 match goals

AC Milan vs Cagliari

AC Milan remains in control of their own top-four destiny with just two rounds remaining after a 3-0 success at Juventus and then a 7-0 thumping of Genoa. Of their five wins attained since the start of April, four have seen them beat a handicap. Caliari is unbeaten in their last five but we fancy Milan to edge this one.

Lille vs St. Etienne

Lille knows that four points from their last two matches will secure a first Ligue 1 crown since 2011, and three points on Sunday would be a superb place to start. Les Dogues (The Dogs) will need to summon all of their fighting spirit against a Saint-Étienne outfit that has won five of their last seven on the road under Claude Puel. If Christophe Galtier's team picks up the points it might not be pretty, but those points could be so precious when all is said and done.
