Harry Kane has the tiniest of advantages heading into the final day as he tries to win the Premier League Playmaker of the Season award for the first time.
With 13 assists, the Tottenham Hotspur striker is just one ahead of Bruno Fernandes and two ahead of Kevin De Bruyne.
On the final day, Kane will face Leicester City, while Fernandes' Manchester United will visit Wolverhampton Wanderers, and champions Manchester City will host Everton.
The England international will need to build on his recent form, as he has gone nine games without a single assist.
He will, however, be up against a Leicester side that conceded four goals in their previous home match, a 4-2 loss to Newcastle United.
Kane, who is tied for the Golden Boot with Liverpool's Mohamed Salah with 22 goals, is looking to become just the third player in Premier League history to finish the season as both the top scorer and the player with the most assists.
Andrew Cole did it with Newcastle in 1993/94, and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink did it with Leeds United in 1998/99, finishing joint-top of both lists.
