Manchester United is ready to listen to offers for goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
Football Insider reports that the club is concerned about the attitude of the player with the England international having been a backup keeper to David de Gea at Old Trafford at the start of last season before he became a regular during the back end of the campaign.
24-year-old Henderson is said to be a ‘Big Time Charlie’ behind the scenes, and the hierarchy is unconvinced that he is the right choice for the long-term.
The reports claim that United is planning a radical overhaul of the goalkeeping department and have already released Sergio Romero and Joel Pereira with Henderson set to be put on the market if he can't change his attitude.
There have been claims that the club is also trying to offload De Gea from the club but his hefty £350,000-a-week wages are proving to be too hard for any suitor to match.
Henderson has been linked with a move to Tottenham before with the keeper not ready to be an understudy for De Gea for another season.
José Mourinho: "I think they [England's goalkeepers] are good goalkeepers. I don’t think they are phenomenal goalkeepers or, in Dean Henderson’s case, not yet phenomenal. When I say not yet, I say he will be." #mulive [times]— utdreport (@utdreport) June 7, 2021
