England defender Harry Maguire says he is 'feeling good' as he continues to recover from an ankle injury ahead of their final Europ 2020 group game against the Czech Republic.
Maguire suffered ankle ligament damage last month during Manchester United vs Aston Villa game and is yet to play since then. The defender was on the bench during England's barren draw against Scotland on Friday after resuming training with the rest of the squad a week ago.
"I’m feeling good," Maguire said.
"Obviously the ankle injury, it’s getting stronger, I’m getting more confident."
"The more sessions I do, the more games I play, I’m sure I’ll get more confidence and that’s the thing with these type of injuries. I think it’s just about building confidence. It’s all stable now and I’m available and I’m ready to go."
The United captain is expected to be handed a start tonight against the Czech Republic.
