Manchester United are reportedly considering selling Anthony Martial during the summer transfer season, with Tottenham Hotspur reportedly interested.
Since joining the 20-time English champions from Monaco in 2015, the 25-year-old has 78 goals and 50 assists in 258 games.
Martial, on the other hand, struggled to make an impact during the 2020-21 season, scoring just seven goals in 36 appearances and missing the final months of the season due to a knee injury.
According to the Daily Star, the Red Devils will now aim to sell Martial in order to improve their transfer budget after securing a big-money deal for Jadon Sancho.
Tottenham would be willing to match Man United's £50 million asking price, according to the source, however, the France international's £250,000-a-week wages would be an issue for the North London club.
Martial's contract with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has three years left on it, and he is presently training at his club's Carrington base to improve his fitness ahead of the new season.
