Chelsea have been boosted by the return of a number of their key players ahead of the new season.
Mason Mount, Thiago Silva as well as EURO 2020 winners Jorginho and Emerson reported back for pre-season training, with their next competitive match set for next week.
Reece James and Ben Chilwell were among the returning team, which was allowed extra days following their involvement in the EURO 2020 and Copa America finals.
The six joined the rest of the team, which beat Arsenal on Sunday afternoon in the Mind Series clash at the Emirates.
Speaking after the match at the Emirates, coach Thomas Tuchel revealed plans for the returning set of players.
"It’s challenging to organise. We will have four different groups of players on the training pitch tomorrow because they are all in different physical conditions and we cannot simply put them together and see what happens,"
Chelsea face Villarreal in the Super Cup match set for next week on Wednesday at the Windsor Stadium in Belfast.
They then play Crystal Palace in their first Premier League match of the 2021/22 season.
