This summer, Serie A side Atalanta are allegedly interested in re-signing Amad Diallo on loan from Manchester United.
Following his transfer from Atalanta, the 19-year-old made eight appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side in the second half of last season, scoring once and assisting once.
However, Amad has been heavily connected with a move away from Old Trafford this summer, with a number of clubs reportedly interested in taking him on loan for the 2021-22 season.
Atalanta want the Ivory Coast international to return before the transfer window ends, as reported by TuttoAtalanta.
On Friday, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer stated that the teenager, who is reportedly a top target for Sheffield United, would only leave the club if the proper chance presented itself.
"With Amad, I have to say he's doing really, really well in training. He's come back a little later after the Olympics and now he's looking really good," Solskjaer told reporters.
"I wouldn't be surprised if he stays as well. It has to be the right loan, the club, way of playing, etc."
Between 2015 and 2019, Amad played for Atalanta, but only made five first-team appearances for the Italian giants before joining Man United.
