The English Premier League has revealed some of its best footballers from the month of January.
The most popular nominations come in the form of Manchester United’s goalkeeper David Gea and Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne - among five other players in contention to claim 2022's first league accolade
De Gea made 22 saves across the month, with his performances against Brentford and Aston Villa particularly being his best games.
De Bruyne’s performances included two assists and his world-class goal against Chelsea at the Eithad.
The other nominees include West Ham's Jarrod Bowen, Leeds' Jack Harrison, Wolves' Joao Moutinho and Southampton's James Ward-Prowse.
