Solskjaer reveals what he told his players at half time against Southampton

Manchester United came back from a goal behind at half time to beat Southampton 3-2, with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealing that he encouraged his players to have more "urgency" in his halftime pep talk.

United were down in the first half courtesy of a wonderful strike by youngster Yan Valery but they restored parity early on in the second half with a curling effort into the top corner by Andreas Pereira. United went ahead through Romleu Lukaku but his strike was canceled out by James Ward-Prowse with 15 minutes left on the clock. Lukaku was again on hand to give United three points with an 88th-minute winner. 

Speaking after the win over Southampton, Solskjaer revealed what he told his players at half time, "Yeah, the manner of it is like the old days. I've been part of that so many times myself and so pleased for the boys that they managed to claw three points out of this game. We spoke about at half-time, just get some more urgency get the ball in the box, play more forward and the Stretford End will suck the ball in for you."
