Eden Hazard has had his name numerously linked with a move to Real Madrid as former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho revealed that the Europa League final could be his last game for the Blues.
The Belgian has flirted with the Spanish giants on a number of occasions and spoke highly of Zinedine Zidane's return to the Santiago Bernabeu, "I am not a Real Madrid player. But as a supporter of Zidane, I was very happy that he came back because football needs, Zidane." Hazard has stated that he has already made a decision on his future and will reveal it after the Europa League final.
Speaking in an interview with Sky Sports, Mourinho admitted the final looks to be "the last in blue" for Hazard, "He will try to be what he is the majority of the time. A fantastic player on the pitch and a winner and then go, possibly - I don't want to say more than possibly - to Real Madrid with a last trophy for Chelsea."
