Zesco United beat Buildcon nil in the ABSA Cup semifinal clash on Saturday to set up a final with Sensational Zanaco.
Kenyan talisman Jesse Jackson Was scored twice to send Zesco to the final. After a poor first 25 minutes te match finally began to show some flare and in the 37th minute, Jesse Was slotted home a Kambole pass to put the Ndola giants in the lead.
In the second half, Jesse Jackson Was converted from the spot after Lazarus Kambole had been brought down inside the area. Buildcon pushed for a way back with the introduction of Lameck Banda who made the Zesco defense work.
Zesco United, however, held on to win. In the earlier match at the same venue, Nkoloma Stadium, Zanaco beat Green Eagles 3-2 on Post-match penalties following a one all draw in regulation time.
The two will clash on Saturday 22nd June at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium for a chance to take home the half a million Kwacha prize money.
