Neymar: Beating PSG with Barcelona was my best footballing moment
Brazilian Neymar has further fueled his transfer links with former club Barcelona, after admitting beating his current club in the Champions League is his favorite moment.
The forward has been linked with a move away from the French champions, with his eyes keen on making a return to the Camp Nou.
He has now fueled the talk, after admitting, he still revels in the club's 6-1 win in the Champions League two years ago.
“When we won against PSG with Barcelona it was completely… we all went crazy afterward,” Neymar said after a charity event with Instituto Neymar, the foundation he set up in 2013.
“I believe it was the best feeling for all of us. The ‘Remontada’ against Paris, what we felt when we scored the sixth goal… I have never felt anything like this. It was incredible!”
These latest claims are set to further irk PSG officials and even teammates after he intentionally missed the start of the club's preseason preparations to attend to the charity event.
His comments come a day after he posted a video of him in a Barcelona shirt and a bible verse beside it on his Instagram account.
If he makes a return to Camp Nou, Neymar will link up with Lionel Messi and the newly signed Antoine Griezmann, and together can form a lethal forward line.
