Eden Hazard has sent Chelsea fans into a meltdown after he honoured the club in his new Nike boots.
The Belgian completed a long-awaited transfer to Real Madrid a few weeks ago, ending his seven-year stay at the club.
The 28-year-old has now released a new pair of Nike boots and incorporated into the design is a tribute to his former club.
The boots are white with a golden swoosh on the side, while the heel of the boot features a blue design which pays respect to Chelsea.

Nike confirmed that the blue colours 'honour his former club', having left on a high after guiding the Blues to the Europa League win on his last match.
This latest act has left the club's fans on social media impressed, with many even urging him to consider them once again if he decides to leave Madrid.
