'I would love to play with Lacazette' - Griezmann reveals admiration for Arsenal striker

New Barcelona signing Antoine Griezmann has revealed his admiration for French teammate and Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette.

Griezmann completed a £107 million deal to Camp Nou from Atletico Madrid, bringing an end to a long-running transfer saga.

The attacker has now opened up on his close relationship with Lacazette, who has also been linked with a move to Barcelona in the recent past.

"I would love to play with Lacazette," said Griezmann as quoted by Goal.com.

"He's a friend of mine, we played together in the national team. He's an amazing player, has a lot of talent,"  he added.

Lacazette joined Arsenal from Lyon in July 2017 for a reported fee of £53 million ($69m), and has been a good signing for the London side.

He led the lines well for Arsenal last season and was rewarded with the Player of the Season accolade at the end of the campaign.

Together with Emerick-Aubameyang, the Frenchman formed one of the deadliest duos of the season in the English Premier League.

However, with the Catalonia-side having captured Griezmann, it's highly unlikely they will go for Lacazette.
