Monaco have reportedly agreed on a £37m deal to sign French international Wissam Ben Yedder from Sevilla.
According to L'Equipe, the 29-year-old will put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract at Stade Louis II, with Rony Lopes heading to Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium as part of the deal.
Yedder was not in training with Sevilla on Monday morning and is due to undergo a medical with the Principality side in the next 48 hours.
Yedder was a target for Manchester United to replace the departed Romelu Lukaku, who joined Inter Milan on transfer deadline day.
With the window now closed for Premier League clubs, the Frenchman will now head to 'home' to Monaco, who lost their opening Ligue 1 game 3-0 on Saturday.
United are short upfront after letting the Belgian leave, with Marcus Rashford the only established striker at the club.
Ben-Yedder has scored 70 goals in 138 matches for Sevilla during his three-year stay at the club, with 30 of those coming in the 2018/19 season.
