Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew had a fine English Premier League moment after scoring for Crystal Palace at Old Trafford against Manchester United.
Ayew found Palace’s shock lead on 32 minutes to shatter United hearts while sending Palace fans into delirium. Ayew found a perfect flick from his fellow countryman Jeffrey Schlupp before calmly knocking the ball past David De Gea with a low shot.
Palace’s Patrick van Aanholt later stole the winner in injury time to ensure the Eagles won 2-1 and to left Manchester with all three points in three points in the bag.
Ayew will be next in action when Palace welcome Colchester United in an EFL Cup game tomorrow evening.
